DISH LNBs/who makes what?

Anyone know all the manufacturers of DISH lnbs?

I know SHARP is one of them. Those are the heavy ones. And then there are some twins with ports on the sides instead of in the middle that are as light and thin as the california amplifier lnbs for DIRECTV.

I'm sure there are some new channelmaster lnbs still floating around, but the channelmaster website says they were acquired by Andrew. So does channelmaster still make lnbs, dish pans, etc... (BTW they suck)

The lowest international bidder makes DISH products. I have seen China, Taiwan, Phillipines,Japan, Mexico and USA on products sold by DISH. The CCS9601 Twin LNBF Dish Pro was contracted to Channel Master but built in China and caused about two years worth of failures.
