can i pick up the DISH mexico package with my current antenna that is picking up 110/119 or do i need to reaim to a different satellite? i am in southern ca.

In Mexico there is a service with the name "Dish Mexico" has its own bird at 77w and currently has like 50 or so channels. Completely different receiver and provider.
Now for the USA, the Spanish package is also known as Dish Mexico and you can see those channels with your existing 110/119 dish.
