Dish Network 119w

I currently work for dish and was about to upgrade my meter to a laptop for pointing, however, the meter on my laptop wants frequencys for 119w. Usally on my old meter I just put it on dishpro 119 and lock in. Now I have to select a transponder and a frequency. Dish standards on 119w in transponder 14,15,16,21. Anyone now the high and low frequency of theses transponders?

TP frequencies

You should be able to get the TP frequency of 119W satellite from lyngsat.com, http://www.lyngsat.com/echo7.html.
