Dish just sent me two new Club Dish Gift Cards. These cards provide the user with a Free system upto Three receivers including Install, plus a $49.99 credit on the new subscribers first bill. Requirements for this offer from the certificate, are these; 1) valid credit card, and Social Security Number, 2) Minimum purchase of Top 50 for 12 months, optional third receivers requires a 24 month commitment.
These items are free, all I ask is that they are used. The system must be installed before January 31, 2004. I'll even mail them to you for free.
