I understand that bill has been amended to also require Clydesdale Certified buggy whips with each new vehicle.

Does it also require high-tension lines be torn down to prevent the disruptive 60 Hz humming that interferes with AM radio reception?

No. As we know, all communications devices must be able to accept any interference.

In times of emergencies, AM Radio is where most people tune. So for that I fully support this.
