Dish reported in the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2013, that it had 11.2 million subscribers, an increase of 220,000 subscribers.

Not to be a Dish apologist, but that is not accurate. IIRC, Dish has around 14 million subs, and their 4th quarter numbers won't be available for awhile.

Customer hated is misleading, Dish is consistently near the top of customer satisfaction surveys among major tv providers.

Employee dissatisfaction may be justified but as an employee i feel the last year or two had seen major changes in morale improvement
