dish network installer employment

I was just notified that I have a phone interview on Wednesday and I was wondering if anyone could answer some questions. I researched some things about the hiring process and people were saying they had to do like 10 interviews. So has anyone had a job as a installer with dish network? What does the hiring process consist of?Thank you.
