Dish network receiver question

I have a customer who needs 1 receiver for an SD international channel.

I'm not paying $80+ for a 211k

I found a 311 with an internal smart card. Will dish activate it?

If not what card will they require?

I got a ton of purple cards, but I have been seeing a lot of white cards lately.

If your looking at 118 the 311 will probably work but the only answer would come from DISH. White cards seems to be the latest ones.
