Dish Network SuperDish Type II WANTED!!!

Does anyone know where I can get the skew/elevation plate for a Dish Network SuperDish Type II???

If you visit my local dump down here you could find the 100's of them that I gladly threw away...

Looking at the pictures on the SuperDish website by Dish, I believe the Type II is the fiberglass model.

Yes Type II is Fiberglass.

The type II has a 2 3/8 inch mast. I need the skew/elevation plate--any ideas where I can find this???
