Dish Network website does not work for free movie submission

Today, I tried to redeem the coupon for my free movie.

1) I ordered Stormchasers/Volcano on 3/20/10 for $5.99
2) Today, I went to Get Free Pay Per View Movies on Satellite TV From DISH Network
3) I entered all of the required information requested by the site
4) I entered submit and was redirected to a debug screen.

I repeated the preceding 4 steps with the same result.

I then called Dish network and billing credited my account for the $5.99 movie. I thank Dish billing for giving me credit.

I copied the debug screen to word 2003 and I am attaching the debug screen in case someone from Dish wants to see what happened.

IF you have a registered account with DISH you just go from the account details to pay per views. Then the coupon redemption screen comes up when you select a movie. I did it for an hd movie and I saw a instant 5.99 coupon redemption on my pay per view purchase screen on my receiver.
