Anyone know if these new price are wwith local or do we have to pay 4.99 extra. I see that they drop the price of the Platinun package but uped the HD pack by 9.99

However, if you have a DVR, then you can bump up to one of the DVR Advantage plans (AT200 or AT250), then locals ARE included. The AT200 is $49.99 (includes AT200, locals, and the $5.98 DVR fee (meaning that the $5.98 DVR fee is waived in lieu of the $49.99 monthly fee)), and the AT250 is $69.99 (includes AT250, locals, 1 movie channel, and the $5.98 DVR fee). This isn't offered for AT100 or AT100+.
