Dish or Direct-Types of HD Channels

I do not care about movie channels or sports packages. What I do want is HD for channels like Travel, Discovery, History, HGTV, local stations, Fox, MSN, PBS, etc. Basically all of the typical lower 90 channles that you find on cable.

Who will give me the most? Disk or Direct.

As of today it is E* (Dish Network)

Ask again at the end of the month and their may well be a different answer though.
