Good read...however,
Until Dish Networks HD LIL look as good as the original broadcast being sent free over-the-air, their only milestone will be providing the country with the most HD-Lite.
As far as their case with Tivo...personally, I don't know what Charlie is thinking by not inking an agreement with Tivo at this point in time.
