Dish reauthorized

I don't see it, either. Is this just a feature for pay-as-you-go customers to turn their service on and off, and not a feature for customers to turn individual receivers on and off?
 
Click on "DISH Outdoors" in the MyDish menu.
Now I see it. Like I thought, it seems to only send a reauthorization signal to receivers that are already active on your account, if you leave them unhooked long enough to get deauthorized. It does not give the option to reactivate receivers that you have deactivated on purpose. (are no longer being charged for)

A few years ago, I was able to authorize on-line. They must have stopped at some point.
