Have any other retailers gotten mad at the fact that dish refers them customers, and pays the retailer barely enough for gas to get there?
I'm just talking about the customers who have dish warranty. Dish sends us referrals for people 2-4 states away. Then they get mad for rejecting the work order.

As a note, if they give you a referral to do a work order for a customer you did not originally install or signup for DHPP then you have the right to turn it down without penalty. I wonder what they do in such a case where the customer moves that signs up through you. It would not be fair to be penalized for not doing a service call several states away.
