Dish Sling Adapter accessible from Mexico?

Hey, been with Dish for a little under a month. Was looking forward to using my Sling adapter while travelling, and currently I am in Mexico and cannot access my sling player. www.dishonline.com gives me an error message "too many redirects" (see attached)

Is this normal?

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies on this browser? Will it work with IE or Firefox?

I tried it just now on my PC using Chrome and it worked fine for me.

crazy.. it worked on IE.. I didn't even think of that, since i've been using it on this computer on chrome for a few weeks and it just stopped working now that i'm in MEX.... Oh well, working on IE. Thanks!!

No problem. Try clearing cookies and cache in the settings menu on Chrome and that will probably fix it.
