DISH: Still did not receive IPL package credit

Hi,

I am yet to receive the credit for IPL package. I submitted the promotion offer form on 4/10 and have South Asia Channels (Hindi: Super). The offer/promotion was suppose credit by 6/30.
I even contacted the Dish customer service through chat a few times and they confirm they will take of it. But nothing happens.
Can anyone help here?

I am also in same boat. I called customer service 3 days ago. They submitted my rebate form again that day and told me that I will get credit in 2 weeks
