I had my Dish 622 installed yesterday. Last night while watching a ball game a banner ran across the bottom of the screen, only 1/4 of the banner showed. I checked CNN and ESPN and it was the same thing with the banners. I called Dish and they could not fix the problem. This did not happen with my 921 receiver so I am sure it is not my monitor.

Did you have the 921 connected in the same manner (ie component or HDMI/DVI) and on the same input? Sometimes different connections or inputs are calibrated differently on the same TV.

Connected the same way (HDMI/DVD) and same inputs

There is in the menue system a way to adjust the demensions. I would also wonder if you have your tv's pic set to zoom or full wich will do the same as what your describing.
