DISH_Anywhere_Video_Player_Installer_2.7.2.dmg

Hi everyone again,

Does anybody have this .dmg? I can't find it anywhere. Dish Anywhere says its unavailable, and no browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) will play on demand movies without it on my Mac.
