Dishanywhere with windows VISTA problems

When i try to access Dishanywhere with my laptop with Windows VISTA, I can only see one of my HWSs. My other laptop with Windows 7 and my Google Nexus 10 tablet can see both HWSs. In the laptop with VISTA I can go into my Account and it shows both HWSs . However, you cannot switch between the HWSs in account. The receiver drop down button and live tv button are both missing from the top bar. I can see live tv on the HWS with VISTA by going to the bottom of the page and selecting livetv. The laptop with Vista is the only device I have that can connect to tvs with s-video or RGB ports and no HDMI.

Most likely a Flash player or Shockwave player, or Active X etc.. needs to be updated, or the browser itself needs to be updated. But before doing anything, clear out the cache and reboot.
