Does anyone know if DishFAMILY package puts the ratings in the program guide so that programs/movies can be blocked by rating settings?
We have Sky Angel only right now and alot of their new programming is rated PG for either L, SC, N, V (not to mention some of the rated 'R' movies), the problem is that they don't always put the rating in the program guide so they are viewable to watch and not blocked. Our TV is not equipped with a V-chip so this gets discouraging.

They do put the raitings on the programs when available. But just to clear things up, there are no R rated programs on Dish Family or Sky Angel. That is the ratings of the movies BEFORE they have been sanitized.

I believe you can set ratings locks in your satellite receiver..no need for a V chip in your TV
