DishHD Package channels

Hello All,

Does any of the DishHD packages include these channels:

234 (WPIX) for my Smallville
235 (KWGN) for my Star Trek Enterprise
238 (WWOR) for my SG-1 and Atlantis

The DishHD packages only include the AT-XXX package and the HD channels pack. Not the superstations package. You can sub to that for an extra $5.00 a month as I recall..
