DishHD Packages - Annual Billing?

Can you pay for the new DishHD packages using annual billing (with 1 month free) like some of the other packages?

I was told by someone at the ceo@echostar.com address that they didn't have yearly billing deals on the metallic HD packs. Kind of a bummer.

I think I read where they have phased out the annual 11 months cost for 12 months subscription for all packages.
