Is the DishHD Platinum package the same as AEP + the standard HD package?

Dish plantinum is the AEP + all HD programming (including VOOM, and the new channels). It will be available with or without locals. If you subscribe to the locals package, if the HD locals in your area are added they will be available at no extra cost.
