Dishnet 500

I have a Dishnet 500 subscription in Florida with two recievers. I live in toronto canada during the summer months and brought one receiever back with me. I bought another off ebay (625) and had it activated on my account but i can not get it to work. It tries to update but just sits there? The other box i brough back works fine here........anyideas how to update my reciever in canada?
