What does changed shannel package flag mean? In layman's terms if possible.

Which Package it is part of - AT250, DishLatino, DishHD, Atlanta Locals, etc. etc.

A "flag" is a bit (or series of bits) in a digital stream.

So, "changed package flag" means that channel has changed in terms of which packages include it.

For example, when a channel is part of a Free Preview, then usually the flag is changed so that all the packages include it.

Questioning my capability ? Well, I wouldn't continue to dig it. :D
As I'm aware dish ppl pissing hard boiled urina when they see the knowledge about packages become public.

As to that 'all channels pass' card - I would proud to use it; I recall fisrt pictures of upcoming DTV HD channels posted weeks before we got them.
