I just sold my Dishplayer 7200 to a friend who just had Dish Network installed. He had a Dish 500 with two rooms wired and one receiver, a 301. When he tried to hook up the Dishplayer to the other outlet, he was able to get channel 101 and Sky Angel (the freebies), but when he went to authorize the receiver, he was told he needed a $70 black box to make it work. I've never heard of this. Does anyone know what that's about?
