Dissappearing On Demand Movie--Hopper

We recently had a 2H3J system installed. About a week after, my wife downloaded an On Demand movie. According to the info, we had up to 30 days to watch it. We decided to watch it yesterday and it was gone!

Anyone know where it went? TIA for your help!

It was VOD. The movie was Happy feet 2. I sent my phone # by pm.
