Distant HD Nets for RV Users

I have an RV waiver that allows me to get the NY and LA locals along with Tampa where I live. Can I get the NY or LA locals in HD?

No. Not till Dish decides to give distant Hd networks and I don't see that happening since they are in hot water with the analog distant nets.

That must one heck of an RV if you have an HDTV installed in it.
