DNS Eligible Address

I live in Central America and just barely receive many of the DirecTV channel signals (most of the time). I have a subscription for which I pay DirecTV and the receiver is registered in San Angelo, TX altho I would register it anywhere where I could:

1. Have a DNS eligible address, i.e. receive the east & west major network feeds, particularly CBS, and

2. Avoid SEC football and basketball broadcast blackouts to the extent possible

Does anyone know of such an address, have any advice for me, can lead me to a website where I might investigate further, etc.? I've been working on this for several months now w/o success.

awax, I'm not sure cuz I'm at the office right now, but I'll check when I get home and respond later. Just wanted to thank you for understanding my situation, first, and second to wish your Hogs luck, altho it looks like it may be a long season for the Porkers...maybe not as long as for my precious BullDawgs, but we're very hopeful about our new coach, and, of course...anxious for BB season!
