DNS Waivers gone?

I never received a letter but people have been saying that HD DNS is gone on the 25th except for either NY or LA, you can not have both. One person emailed directv about SD but I think that email was wrong, b/c it did not address waivers.

If you have waivers will you still keep SD DNS?
If you have waivers can you keep both NY and LA HD?

I think that letter is for those without waivers but have both NY and LA HD.


I hope I can keep my SD DNS at least! The letter did not mention anything about that did it?
