do i need all these sats

I have a 110/119/61.5/72.7 set up with two 722ks and one 222k do I really need all thse signals

your market needs 119 for the SD locals (no HD locals on sat) so you need 61.5/72 and 119 for sure
110 is redundant in this case

You have one of those odd markets that is Eastern Arc but your locals are on WA

Yes, and Dish can move channels around to different sats on the presumption that you have been "properly" installed to see all the necessary satellites. This way they can move things around and you will always get all of your services. 'Tis much better to have more than less birds you can see.

Actually in most cases you only need 3 sats. Your market (and a couple others in Northern NY) are the exception. The only ones who need 4 sats are International customers who are on Eastern Arc. Then they need 61.5/72/77 and a wing dish for 118.7

Glad to hear it. I was told if my locals became aviable in hd id most likly need a different signal. But 61.5 would just be repointed to another sat.

Actually subs in the WA also need to look at 4 sats if they also get HD and Internationals: 110/119/129/118.7

As far as I can tell I'm set as long as I don't get internatioals or if my locals launch in hd

if your locals launch on HD they most likely will be on Eastern Arc.
