Does the 622 no long do frame advance?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or did they change the unit? I used to be able to pause something and then use skip fwd/skip back to go back and forward a frame at a time. now it seems to jump 30 seconds or so.

Am I the only one having this happen?

After pausing use the "FWD" button, not the "SKIP/FWD".

I have the same problem. Seems to work on one tuner only...

My 622 has this problem with the poor skipping after you pause and I also have issues with my local channels off of the air cutting in and out when supposedly the signal is 100%!

Yeah, they mucked this up in a previous release. Used to work ok.

I've got the same damn problem! That frame advance sure was nice. I hope they restore it.

We should probably consolidate all these "my 622 is f**ked up" threads but maybe it would be too big. Anyway, as posted in one of the other threads, since 4.03, among many other things, the 622 now has unpredictable skips, ff & rw on some units. Mine was actually going backwards when I was trying to skip forward.
