Does This Happen To Others With Dish?

I ordered NHL Centre Ice last year. I called the Monday before the season started to cancel it for this year. Attendant assured me that it was cancelled. I always pay my bill online, and now notice that they have charged me three times for the NHL package. I called them and they refused to refund me, telling me it is too late.

I guess they must have reviewed the tapes, because I e-mailed ceo@echostar.com, after calling back, and they refunded the account $149
