Does Voom DVi connection have HDCP?

Does Voom support HDCP? Is it enabled, or as of now is it in the clear?

Yes, HDCP is enabled. According to some posts here and in other forums, non-HDCP TV sets do not work with VOOM over DVI. However, the Component connection is supported for all programs and in all resolutions.

I have a question. I just bought a Sony XBR960 and have Voom obviously. I bought a DVI to HDMI cable and plugged it up. Worked fine all day, all night. The next night, the receiver got powered off from someone hitting a switch for the outlet. Once it booted up, I got an error from the Voom box saying something about the DVI Configuration and how the TV is not responding right. Fast forward to this moring, the DVI connection is working again.

What's with that?

I wouldn't read to much into it, especially sine it's now working. Just chalk it up to a 'hand shake' discombobulation ( yes, I know it's not a real word ) issue between the two units.
