Seattle has had ESDPN2HD on 174 since around the 19th or earlier, in lieu of INHD2.
We lost INHD2 temporarily for the Olympics coverage on UniversalHD, so don't know if this is permanent. :

ESPN2 HD is up and running on channel 725 in Rohnert Park, CA.

I believe we have it down in San Jose, as well, but on channel 724. Channel 725 still seems to be NFL-HD/HD Special Events.

Comcast put its own brand on the former SusCom Brunswick, ME. 11 community MSO on Sep. 6 and added ESPN2 HD and other channels on that day.
