Dost it cost to move service?

Well, does it? I am moving and it seems like they will do it free if I stay in the US. It doesn't make since though to leave the dish behind.

There is a Dish Mover program and the cost to move depends on the type of dish that you have and what you qualify for. What kind of dish do your currently have? They want you to leave the old one behind so that the next person that moves in can use it but you have every right to take it with you if you want as it is your own dish.

Yes it is, so you need to take at least the lnb or LNBF assembly with you. They could care less about the dish(antenna) they just care about the receivers, LNB, and switch if applicable.

You should still be able to leave the complete dish assembly behind which consists of the lnbf's and switch since it is a Dish Mover. The lnbf assembly and switch only has to be dealt with if the hardware has to be returned if the system is to be shut off.

I have a dish 500, I think. I only had it intalled about 3 months ago.
