When you have LEGACY receivers connected to DISH PRO ELECTRONICS. Dish Pro Plus does not require DP Adapters.

Dish Network does not allow legacy receivers on accounts anymore so DP Adapters are door stops now unless you can use the power supply for something else.

Section "b" is some figures that have to do with lost locks on tuner 1/2. I think overall this section is pretty useless.
