It doesn't. NEVER use a spotbeam for signal strength checking. On 110 & 119, TPs 11 & 21 are the standard. Always check BOTH. Even number transponders run in the DishPro high band (1650-2150MHz) - which has more cable loss than the low band (950-1450MHz).
