what kind of equipment do you mean? They have the DPPlus 44 switch already. If you are talking LNB's no they won't the 121 and 105 is a low powered sat that that transmits linear waves, whereas the dpplus twin is dbs circular polarization
my biggest problem is that dish is making the customer purchase the 44 switch, so that is hindering the process. I am just trying make things easier for my techs.
Yes for now if that is the case to secure easier installation procedures that is fine, but you may want to try the UHF pro # 1 setup so that you can stay with the 34 that comes with it and just put the receiver in the utility room with both sides being UHF
I predict the DPP44 will replace the DP34 in the standard SuperDish package as soon as they run low on DP34's.
Ditto for the DPPlus Twin replacing the DP Twin in the standard Dish500 box. They've already dropped the DPPlus Twin price to only a couple of bucks more than the DP Twin. One more price drop, and it's a done deal.
