Hey everyone, I have a dish 1000 that was installed back on Friday. The tech did not have a DPP44 so I got E* to ship me one. Now my question is since my dish is on the roof and the location of the cable connecters and old switch location is on the ground. When I switch out the dp34 (not in use currently) and place the Dpp44 there can I just connect the 2 cables coming down from the dish into the satellite hook up on the DPP44 or will I have to run a cable down for the 129 location?

To do the job correct and ensure that your 129 is seen on all ports you need to run another wire from the 129 lnb to the dpp44. You would thus have three wires coming down from your dish 1000.
