DST - Time Display in messages

Is the server set up with the new DST dates?

All the messages I see show the time an hour behind (ie in Standard Time). I went into the User Control Panel, and insured that "automatically detect DST settings" was selected.
 
Mine show the messages have the correct time. It probably had to do with the time change. Before the time change my message time had been running two hours ahead of the correct time.
 
I changed the setting to "DST corrections always on", that seems to fix the issue.

At least until Standard Time comes back.
