Dual Mode Bug?

I have my 522 set in Dual mode. The default recording tuner is TV1. I'm trying to record 2 shows at once. It used to move the second show to TV2. I am now getting a message that says there is a timer conflict and should it be resolved using the priority list. There should be no conflict. The first show should record on Tv1 and the second on TV2. Anybody else have this problem? Any suggestions on how to resolve?

The only way I have found to resolve this is make sure 'Record Plus' is set up with the preferred tuner the one you are not working on. Then, delete one of the timers and recreate it. Ot should recreate on the idle timer.
