I am an installer in Flomaton,Ala having problems with 322S installed two for a customer, every thing worked fine while I was there, but I only hooked up three TV's a/c the daughter was getting her TV the nest day when she hooked up her set found out she was changing the TV in the living room in other words the two # 2 remotes are in conflict I changed the address on one of the #2' s address to 4 but can't change it to 4 in the #2 receiver soft ware setup how do I change it. It tell's you how for the #1 remote in the user guide but not for #2. Thanks in advance for your help in this matter
