Dvr 508 Smart Card

Where can I get a smart card for a DP508 DVR. I bought one used without a yellow card. I tried to use my existing card from my broken 508, but it won't work!

You'll have to call Dish. They'll want some info. With luck, they'll send you one.

DISH should be able to marry your old card to the new receiver as long as it is a yellow card. Just call tech support.

I called and had to buy two new ones from Dish about 4 years ago for my 508's when my movers "lost" the cards. It was something like $38 a piece but I had moving insurance and it payed for the "lost" cards.
