DVR 522 .. Channel jumping

I am experiencing a very annoys problem of changing the channels with out realling pressing any thing. Initially I thought problem with remote, but I added new batteries, and removed the remote from out of sight. Still the problem persists. Even while watching the DVR programs, it is happening. I tried disabling the uhf for TV1, still the problem persisted. I am assuming if I disable the UHF other remote signals can not interfere. Any help is appreciated. I tried to search the forums but could not get any info.

Get out your receivers users manual and look up the section on changing your remotes address. I am willing to bet that you have a neighbor that has Dish and their remote has the same address as yours.
