DVR 522 HD replacement

I have dish with a DVR 522. The hard drive has begun to rumble, but is still working fine. I've had the equipment probably 2 years. I have lots of pc experience.. Is there any way I can get a 120G hard drive and replace the drive in the 522? I am certain the HD is going to die soon.

yup here the thread you could even put in a 250gb hdd and turn it into a 625
