DVR acting up.

I'm not sure what the model # is on my single tuner DVR but lately it has been acting up. Sometimes it will lock up, screen will turn black, and lately it has been loosing my recordings. Last weeks only a few recordings were missing but today nearly all of them were gone. About 50hrs worth. Has anyone else had this problem? I've had this tuner for about 4-5 years. Thanks for any help!
