DVR is set. NO it is not!

Log in dishonline, check the schedule, tell it to record. Tells you DVR set. NO it is not! 95% of the attempts to schedule from the internet, fails. Does anyone have a "trick" to make the 722K record something you set from the internet?

I just set a recording from DishOnline this morning. The DVR says it is set....

That's a good one. Like the trouble shoot manual. "Did you have it pluged in?" Really that is not that uncommon. Yes, I was watching the noon news from the office with the sling adapter. When done tried to set a recording. Like always it states DVR set. Did not record.
