DVR pause actually skips ahead

I have a H3, 2 J3s and a Wireless Joey. All are on current software.

Issue: When viewing a recorded event pressing the ||> button to pause the event actually skips ahead instead of pausing. Sometimes if I press ||> 2x quickly it will pause as intended.

Details:
Remote: 54.0
Issue is intermittent but frequent
Devices effected: J3s and Wireless Joey
This is not a new issue. It used to intermittently affect just the wireless joey but now it’s also on a J3.
Have tried restarting all devices as well as hard reboots.
Have tried to remove/reinsert remote batteries.

Has anyone else got this issue and what can be done?

I think everyone else has it since a few updates ago

You unfortunately will have to wait until the next software update, unless you want to attempt to factory reset the system, which would require you to transfer recordings to a DVR to not lose them. I would recommend just waiting it out, and trying to submit a bug report to Dish.
